Perfecting educational delivery skills across apprenticeships, vocational education and training
This course will enable you to deliver education and training which includes Further Education, Adult Education, Higher Education, Offender Learning and within the Voluntary sector. This will encompass classroom delivery, remote delivery and work-based learning.
You will learn how to plan and deliver content which is both relevant and challenging, develop methods to inspire and engage all learners and collaborate to support their progress. Your role will include responsibility for the physical, psychological and social wellbeing of learners, whilst using differentiation and using relevant technologies to ensure lifelong learning.

What do I need?
- To be at least 19 years of age
- Have competence in a specialist subject
- Up-to-date knowledge of workplace practise
- Employment of 30+ hours per week
- An employer who will support your learning – an average of 6 hours per week

How will I be assessed?
- Project, followed by a presentation and questioning
- Observation with questioning
